Sebastian appears to be the ideal butler at first impression. There is nothing he can't do flawlessly, from intricate cuisine to Old English gardens. Furthermore, Ciel, the last of the House of Phantomhives, expects a lot from him because they both share a terrible fate. It is up to him to shield his young master from the perils to which Ciel is exposed as a result of his links to the dark side of society as he is his closest confidant and defender.
