Cells At Work is a Japanese anime that you can find on Netflix Crunchyroll and other platforms to watch. The anime was released back in July 2018 and aired till September 2018. The anime is about the cells that make the human body function. Its main characters are the red blood cells and the white blood cells with some other supporting like the T-cell and NK cells that kill different bacteria viruses and cancer cells.
The anime explains what is the job of different cells from biology and medicine classes. In different episodes, it shows how they deliver oxygen and carbon dioxide to help the lungs inhale and exhale and how they fight against different viruses and bacteria. One of the best episodes and a really educating one is where all the cells in the human body that try to prevent different diseases and viruses fight against a cancer cell that was hidden among other normal cells in order to grow.
This anime is perfect for people that don't understand how the body functions and also for people that just got into medical school because you get educated and have a lot of fun at the same time.
