CHAOS;HEAD NOAH is a visual novel adventure game developed by 5pb and Nitroplus. The story follows Takumi Nishijou, a high school student who suffers from multiple personalities and delusions. He is caught in the middle of a conspiracy involving an organization known as the "Fundamentalists of the Eternal Promise" and their plan to use a device called "Noah" to bring about world chaos. As Takumi struggles to make sense of his situation, he must also face his inner demons and discover the truth behind Noah.
