Yuzu's mother remarried, so she must now go to a conventional girls' school, which inhibits both her ambitions to find a boyfriend and her rebellious and fashion-conscious attitude. However, things don't end there since Mei, the student body president, who contrasts sharply with Yuzu in having a cool and ordered attitude, targets her on the very first day. However, it soon becomes apparent that Mei is also her new stepsister, something neither of them particularly likes. But soon Yuzu discovers that Mei's façade conceals much more than meets the eye.
