During the summer break, seven kids who hang out at a tent camp observe weird weather events that end with a massive tidal wave. As soon as they come to, each of them is followed by a tiny thing. They present themselves right away as "digital monsters," or Digimon. They are ambushed by a violent representative even before they get a chance to navigate the unusual area.
