Since Son Goku defeated Magenta's father Commander Red, years have passed. But now is finally the time for retaliation: Magenta establishes Red Pharmaceuticals in order to rebuild the dismantled Red Ribbon army. He looks for Dr. Hedo, the granddaughter of the famous scientist Dr. Gero, with the assistance of his right-hand man Carmine. He gets the impression from Magenta that the greatest superheroes in history are evil aliens bent on destroying the planet. Dr. Hedo creates the superandroids Gamma 1 and Gamma 2 to neutralize this menace.
In the meantime, Piccolo trains three-year-old Pan, who is also the great-granddaughter of Son Goku and Mister Satan and the daughter of Son Gohan and Videl. Their tranquility is abruptly disturbed as they are attacked by Hedo's new superandroids. It is up to Gohan and Piccolo to thwart the threat and put an end to the chaos as Son Goku, Vegeta, and Broly train under Whis on Beerus' planet.
