Dragon Quest: The Adventure of Dai Cosplay

Young Dai, who has always desired to be a hero, is featured in Dragon Quest: The Adventure of Dai, which depicts his travels. He grew up there with a variety of monsters, including his foster grandfather, the monster magician Brass, who lives peacefully on an isolated island with him. The evil demon Hadlar formerly terrorized the globe, but this serenity did not always reign since, some 15 years ago, a valiant swordsman ended his reign of terror.

The destruction of Dai's peace begins for quite unrelated reasons: not only is his monster companion Gome attacked by a swarm of adventurers, but Leona, the princess of the kingdom of Papnica, also seems to be protected by Dai during a significant rite, which develops into a genuine plot.

Avan, a hero trainer, finds out about Dai's exploits quickly, shows up on the island, and begins teaching him. There's a good reason for that: Hadlar has by no means come to a permanent end and is once more on the lookout for mischief. To make matters worse, he's just a vassal of the evil King Vearn, who has brought Hadlar back to life. Dai's dream of being a hero may come true earlier than anticipated.
