There is a hidden location on Earth that its people refer to as Healing Garden. The surface of the earth is shielded from sickness by its enchantment. As a result of the Byougen Kingdom's inhabitants' plot to infect the holy site and every one of its occupants with a highly contagious sickness in order to bring back their leader, King Byougen, both worlds are now in peril. In order to find the fabled warriors who will work with the animal beings to save both worlds from oblivion, Queen Teatinu sends her daughter Latte, the three Healing Animals Rabirin, Pegitan, and Nyatoran, and the three Healing Animals to the human realm.
They unexpectedly discover their first warrior in 13-year-old Nodoka Hanadera. In order to recover from a terrible illness, Nodoka just relocated with her family from a big city to the tranquil town of Sukoyaka. She tries to stop the villains and changes into Cure Grace with Rabirin's assistance as she hears Byougens attacking her new home. A little while later, Asumi Fuurin, Chiyu Sawaizumi, and Hinata Hiramitsu (Cure Sparkle) offer their assistance (Cure Earth). They establish the Healin' Good Pretty Cure Team with their animal friends in order to defend both planets from the nasty Byougens.
