Peach Boy Riverside Cosplay

Humans, half-breeds, and Oni live in perpetual strife in the kingdom of Aldarake; half-breeds in particular struggle and frequently become the object of unfair prejudice. Princess Saltorine Aldike, often known as Sally, doesn't pay much attention to any of this until a bunch of Oni threaten to conquer the kingdom. Ultimately, it is the swordsman Mikoto Kibitsu who slays the horde on his own. This is only possible because of his Peach Eye, which grants him enormous power and allows him to almost effortlessly vanquish his opponents. Sally abandons her life as a princess and sets off on an expedition to discover the swordsman who helped save her kingdom after being horrified by his cruelty, the dangers of the outside world, and her own naivety.

Sally quickly encounters Frau, a hybrid being who is half human and half rabbit, while she is traveling. After getting her out, Sally and Frau continue their journey together, but Sally is disappointed by the lack of respect Frau experiences despite, for instance, saving an entire village. Sally would prefer it if all species could coexist peacefully, but Mikoto, who saved her, has a very different perspective. Despite the fact that he is genuinely kind and peaceful, he has already earned the nickname Momotarou for his unwillingness to give up to the Oni. Sally has this unique ability as well, making her potentially crucial in the struggle against the nearly invincible Oni army. Will she maintain her quest for peace or will she ultimately take Mikoto's path?
