The planet is filled with androids that resemble humans in the not-too-distant future. The Giftia is the most recent model from a unique android manufacturing business called SA Corp. This new kind of android is more like a human than any of its predecessors and is capable of feeling most of the emotions. However, the Giftia only have a limited lifespan for these traits because this technology is still relatively new. However, once they go over their limit, they run into issues.
SA Corp. has established its own service to take care of Giftia that have outlived their useful lives in order to combat this. The plot centers on Tsukasa Mizugaki, a brand-new member of the service, as he collaborates with the android Giftia Isla to care for the defunct androids.
