Meimi Haneoka is a student in the eighth grade, but at night she changes into Kaito Saint Tail and offers assistance to those who need it. Seira Mimori, a classmate and friend, offers her supernatural counsel. But if Meimi didn't have a foe, everything would be too simple. Daiki Asuka fills that role. He attends her class as well, and he has set out to catch Saint Tail in the act. A wonderful game of cat and mouse has now started. Daiki Asuka quickly wins Meimi's heart, but he only has eyes for the thief. Meimi is even happier because he is the only one authorized to catch Saint Tail.
