Violet overheard certain words near the end of her most recent deployment to the battlefield, and they have stuck with her ever since. These remarks, the meaning of which she now cannot fully grasp, came from a person she greatly admired and respected.
The people of Telesis can finally say goodbye to the epic battle that ultimately split the continent into its northern and southern half. But because the military no longer needs Violet, also known as "Weapon," she will lose her employment as a result. But she soon discovers a new goal: she establishes a new life in the Dutch metropolis of Leiden and is employed as a "Autonomous Correspondence Assistant" by the CH Postal Service. Her current job involves writing letters for other people, but for her, it's about more than just putting words on paper. She wants to develop the ability to comprehend others' emotions and communicate them to the people she cares about, in the hopes that one day she will be able to comprehend the words she once heard.
